Proper Build and Run

DTO contracts are maintained under packages/@stars/contracts. These must be built before they are usable by the docker containers that use them. They must also be rebuilt after every edit; you should then rebuild containers so they used the newly generated dist files.

From project root,

npm install
npm run build:contracts

Use docker containers for production; renetwork localhost calls in env to containers later
